Every espresso problem, and the one thing to change. A single wipe-clean card that lives next to your machine — not a book you’ll never open.
What’s on it
-
Starting ratios for espresso, lungo and ristretto, in grams not guesses
-
The fault-finding chart — shot running fast, slow, sour, bitter, gushing or dripping, and what to adjust first
-
Grind adjustment logic — which way to turn, and how far, without losing your place
-
Milk temperature targets for flat white, latte and cappuccino
-
A weekly cleaning routine that takes under two minutes
-
A write-in recipe grid — record the shot that finally tasted right
Written for home machines — Sage, De’Longhi, Ninja, Gaggia — not commercial ones. No jargon you’d need to look up.
Why a card and not an app
Because the moment you need it, your hands are covered in coffee grounds and your phone is in the other room. The card sits under the machine, survives being splashed, and takes no unlocking.
It’s also the part of our kit that no supplier can copy. We wrote it.

Delivery and returns
This is one of two things we post ourselves rather than dropship — dispatched within 2 working days and usually with you 2–3 working days after that. UK only.
The card can’t be resold once it’s out of its sleeve, but if it’s genuinely no use to you, tell us and we’ll refund it anyway.
Questions
Is this just the free guide?
No. The free email guide is a 12-page PDF you read once. This is the printed card you keep by the machine and actually use.
Does it work with my machine?
Yes — it’s about ratios, timings and taste, none of which are machine-specific. It assumes you own something that pulls a shot, and nothing beyond that.
I’m buying it as a gift.
Add a message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it onto the card before it goes out. No prices in the envelope.
The card is also piece five of the Dial-In Kit — £59 for all five, with free UK delivery. And there’s more of the same thinking, free, in the guides.
